Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Access Tier Agreement

  • No External Storage: Do not save, upload, or transmit materials outside this platform.

  • No Reverse Engineering: Do not attempt to recreate, mimic, or derive proprietary concepts.

• Outlet Crew Level: Additional restrictions apply as dictated by your access tier. Unauthorized sharing with non-approved parties is a material breach.

3. Violations & Penalties

Any breach of this NDA, including but not limited to:

• Leaking links, files, or visual/audio recordings.

• Discussing Confidential Information in unsecured channels.

• Unauthorized sharing of Foundation-Level materials by Outlet Crew members.

Will result in:

• Immediate termination of access and contractual relationships.

• Legal action, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, and liability for all losses (direct, indirect, and punitive).

• Criminal prosecution where applicable (e.g., trade secret theft under the Defend Trade Secrets Act).

4. No License Granted

Access is conditional and non-transferable. No rights to Confidential Information are granted.

• You understand violations jeopardize the company’s intellectual property and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
